Welcome to InnerName, operated by FOP Holovchenko Andrii, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine (registration record №2011600000000066108, registered address: 03037, Kyiv, vul. Osvity 6A, room 44) (“we”, “us”). By using innername.app, you agree to these terms.

What InnerName is

InnerName reveals a single, playful “inner name” for your pet based on the details you provide. It’s for entertainment purposes.

Using the app

• You can reveal your pet’s inner name and retry a limited number of times per session.
• You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
• Don’t upload photos or content you don’t have the right to use, or that’s offensive or illegal.

Purchases

• Certificates are optional, one-time purchases.
• All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Your purchase contract is with Paddle, under Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
• By completing a purchase, you agree to immediate digital delivery of your certificate, as described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The InnerName name, design, and reveal mechanic belong to us. The inner name and certificate generated for your pet are yours to keep and share.

No guarantees

InnerName is provided “as is,” for entertainment. The generated name is not a factual or scientific assessment of your pet.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.

Changes to these terms

Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

Governed by the laws applicable to our registered business in Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
